- The device you are using, if possible find the model number in the settings.
- A description of your issue including any error messages that are shown and at what point you encounter the problem.
- If your application is crashing try restart your device and reload the app.
- If you purchased an item but haven't had it come through check that you have a receipt from the app store saying your purchase was successful.
